In today’s fashion world,
“going green” does not
mean giving up style. Environmentally-concerned
designers have successfully combined
style with eco-friendly fashion.
By using their creative flair, more
and more designers are now offering
us stylish, earth-friendly attire.
Say goodbye to tie dye eco fashions
of the past and check out these

Spring has come and gone and still
some of us have not yet had our
wardrobe clear out. It’s time
to clean out that clutter, and to
help make it a little easier for
you to let go of those treasured
(but never worn) garments. Why not
donate them to someone who could
really benefit?

Beauty and the
beast
Now I’m not going to bang
on about nutrition, we all know
you are what you eat. In my case,
today, I’m a peanut butter
and banana delight! Seriously though,
water has been hailed as “the
nectar of the gods” and as
such we should all be drinking plenty
of the stuff.
Did you know that your body is
made up of mostly of water. Approximately
85% of your brain, 80% of your blood
and 70% of your muscle is water.
Every cell in your body needs water
to live, including your skin.
Water helps remove the dangerous
toxins that your body takes in from
the air you breathe, the food you
eat and the chemicals used in the
various products you use on your
skin and hair.
Want glowing, radiant skin? Then
get drinking. The recommended amount
is 6 to 8 glasses a day. You can
even hydrate from the outside in.
Use a water spray to spritz your
face through out the day to keep
you cool and nourished. Try Evian
available from boots or Caudalie
grape water www.caudalie.com

Style Q&A
Paula asks
I know the difference between
anti-perspirant and deodorant and
am very eager to make the change
to deodorant but I can’t seem
to find one that works. Please help
if you can.
Aimee answers
Paula you are not on your own.
There are many to choose from these
days, and it is a bit of trial and
error to see what suits you. The
best one I have found is called
Pitrock.www.pitrock.co.uk
It comes with easy to use instructions,
but my tip is to apply generously
to damp skin until the skin is dry.
